Privacy Policy
Last updated: 24 June 2026
BrainPaws is built for kids, so privacy is the whole point. The short version: we collect nothing, and the app never goes online.
What we collect
Nothing. BrainPaws does not collect, transmit, or sell any personal information. There are no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, and no advertising.
Where your data lives
Everything your child does in BrainPaws — profiles, progress, and settings — is stored only on your device. It is included in your device's normal encrypted backups (iCloud or your computer) if you have those enabled, and it never leaves your device by any other means. You can export a copy at any time from the app, and you can erase a child's data from within the app whenever you like.
No network access
BrainPaws has no networking code at all. It does not connect to the internet, so there is nothing to intercept, upload, or track.
Children's privacy
Because the app collects no data and has no network or third-party services, it is suitable for children and complies with children's privacy regulations (such as COPPA and GDPR-K) by simply not gathering anything in the first place. There are no in-app messages, no external links presented to children, and no purchases required to use any feature.
Third parties
There are none. BrainPaws includes no third-party SDKs, trackers, or ad networks.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date above. Our commitment to collecting nothing will not change.
